Speaker-to-attendee matching — when a recording is linked to a calendar event, Cadeo suggests mapping speakers to attendees you can apply with one click.
Voice fingerprint matching on web — speaker profiles built on desktop carry over to web and vice versa.
Floating recording bar — Dynamic Island-inspired pill at the top of the screen with timer, waveform, pause, and "back to event" while you work.
Mid-recording audio source change — when a meeting tab closes, recording continues mic-only with a snackbar to pick a new source.
Recordings recovery panel — orphaned recordings are surfaced in Settings with one-click recover or discard.

Tasks, notes & planner

"Next Week" task bucket — mark tasks as "next week" without picking a day; they roll into "This Week" automatically on Monday.
Drag-and-drop files directly onto editors — images and documents drop straight into note editors at the cursor position (web and desktop).
Tags — workspace-level colored labels with inline `#tag` parsing in tasks and notes; central management in Settings.
Smart Folders — user-created virtual note folders with AND/OR filter rules across tags, dates, kind, project, and area.
Project sharing — share individual projects with team members at view or edit permission; shared-with-me grouping and assignee restrictions.

Offline-first: runs locally on Mac via Ollama and on iPhone with Apple Intelligence Foundation Models (iOS 26+); falls back to cloud when local AI isn't available.
Energy matching, deadline scoring, lunch reservation, and 10-minute pre-meeting buffers.
Per-block accept/reject toggles and an "Accept All" shortcut.
